It was a neat concept getting to put together your own, fresh concoction for whatever suits your mood! The woman (Cheryl?) who was working that evening was so enthusiastic about her work, we were able to ask questions and take our time sorting out what we were craving. It was such a neat experience getting watch her at work. Because of the nitro hitting the air and turning to a gas instantly, you don't see the cream freeze, but it's pretty cool watching liquid nitrogen pour out of a spigo

We asked for extra chocolate sauce and the young lady serving would drizzle a tiny bit, we asked for more, another tiny drizzle. Then I was like I could actually pay for extra if it’s the only way to get more than a few drops. Flavors were great
