I stopped by here since it was so close to a conference I was attending. Yesterday I ordered a hot caramel mocha and it was delicious. I also ordered the spinach & feta pastry— also delicious. Today I ordered a Bambi: salted caramel and toasted marshmallow latte topped with cinnamon. I couldn’t decide if I wanted it hot or iced. One of the barista’s convinced me and I ordered it iced, with oat milk. This is absolutely delicious. This cafe is located inside Omni Hotel. They have plenty of seating inside as well as outside.

This location is attached to/nestled within the Omni Hotel. It's entrance is on the side closest to the Music City Center. The food is a little overpriced. My sandwich was okay, yet filling. The drink was delicious. Service was quick.

Nice looking place but all the drinks are bad. Coffee is burnt more than Starbucks and their milk is scorched. Someone needs to look at the temp of their machines, it's at least 30 degrees too hot. Friendly staff and good seating though. Lack of mugs and being forced to have a to-go cup for a cappuccino is just atrocious as well.

Twice I've visited and had a less than pleasant experience. The condescending tone of what I assume to be a manager the first visit and my being ignored the last visit. The cashier was counting down his drawer with five people and a barista at the counter, no one acknowledged me. While waiting for my drink everyone thereafter were greeted immediately, with no surprise to me! The most pretentious coffee shop I've gone to, and I visit a lot of them. The stereotype they placed on Starbucks in the past, it's this place. I do not recommend if you're a regular person in their eyes. Only gave it two
