The new cheese curds taste just like A&W cheese curds that I’ve been missing. Their spicy chicken wings are great. I also ordered the chicken pot pie, but was disappointed to once again see they crimped the tin on purpose all the way around. This means abt 1/4-1/3 less pot pie filling than if it was intact. I wish if they needed smaller pot pies they would use the appropriate size, instead of making me feel they are skimping.

We went to KFC in Navarre last night (28 Mar 2026). We placed a small order in the Drive-Thru and was told after paying that we would need to pull up and wait. We waited and waited approximately 40 to 45 minutes and other people were getting their orders that had also been waiting. My husband went inside and it was pure chaos. The manager was running around trying to do everything while there were several teenage boys standing around as if they had never been trained and didn't know exactly what to do. The manager finally yelled out stop taking orders because we are too backed up. I could not

Usually a bit slow but the food comes out great each time. If you’re in a rush, you might want to skip or order ahead. Otherwise, no issues.

Our order was super cold, the chicken was so wet and soggy it was gross. ordered a family meal and only got single cups of sides that was not enough to feed 3 people 2 adults and a child. Ordered plates that didn't come. What a joke of a restaurant. I forgot why we dont eat KFC thats not in Kentucky.
