The staff has a major attitude problem. They are very judgmental and they think anyone that carries a backpack is automatically homeless. And they treat you as such. I went in there and had PAID for my food on my app, I had my backpack with my SCHOOL things inside. As Im waiting for my food I was harassed by an older white lady asking me what exactly i ordered, even though i kept telling her my name that was on my order. She kept pressing me on what exactly i ordered. Then they want to try and tell me it’s because they have people who take other peoples orders. Poor excuse especially since i k

Every time I come in this McDonald’s my fries are cold always cold. My burger looks like it’s always been sitting out for more than 20 minutes my frappe looks like they just squeezed the caramel sauce on the bottom. I’m only drinking caramel sauce.

2 stars because the got 2/5 of my items correct (the hasbrowns). Forgot 1 hashbrown, gave me a bacon and cheese biscuit instead of a sausage biscuit despite being labled as a sausage biscuit, missing egg on mcgriddle.

Terrible customer service and the morning manager are horrific! Don't decide to change your order while still at the speakers although it's your money that's paying! Morning drive thru order takers need to be trained to not start arguing with the customers for changing there minds on what they like to order! Drive thru experience was terrible 😞
