We decided to try this hibachi joint thinking we were going to one of those cook at your table kind of place, but it was more like a takeout with some chairs. We decided to stay and try it anyway and we were pleasantly surprised. The waiter, Connor, (19yo) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and had a great customer service approach. The food was excellent and the portions were large. We wound up sharing two dishes and it was more than enough. I highly recommend this place even though I think they could do a little better with the atmosphere.

Omg, amazing! So glad we came here for a birthday celebration! All 12 of us really enjoyed our food (and we ordered SO many different items!). The restaurant is small, but cozy and very clean, and pricing is very fair. We had the sweetest server (wish I knew her name!), who managed to get all of our many orders correct. The appetizer bao buns, miso soup, and sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. The hibachi chicken and shrimp was the best hibachi I’ve ever had and the wok filet mignon was tender and so flavorful. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t hit the mark. The sushi rolls were small and light on fillings, the Pad Thai was dry and lacked flavor, and the General Tso’s tasted overwhelmingly sweet—like it was doused in corn syrup with a bit of chili sauce added in. There are much better options for sushi, Chinese, and Thai just across the street or a couple minutes down the road. Sometimes it’s better for a restaurant to focus on doing a few things well rather than trying to cover every cuisine. This was a one-and-done visit for me.
