I am a door dasher and I use to come to this place at least 10 times a a week and the people are horrible, REALLY REAALLYYYY horrible, please if a manager or owner sees this, do something about it, because the old lady with colours on her hair has been really mean not just to me but everyone every time, and is crazy that a “fast food” place take around 40 minutes to do a SIMPLE order. I literally count the time every time and the average is around 41 minutes how is such a thing like this even possible???

I ordered a Mexican pizza combo and paid for two steak soft shell tacos! This is what i received a subpar crushed Mexican pizza with barely no toppings and one little line of beef right in the middle of the two Mexican pizza shells, one hard shell beef loco taco. Like honestly where is the quality control! Service was great store seemed clean and nice! Always check your bag people

I went here ordered two quesadillas. They gave me something completely different, and enough what was given to me looked poorly prepared. I now had to go it and the staff were looking dumbfounded at me along with other costumers. Something is wrong HERE!

Tried Taco Bell after a long time… and honestly, disappointing. The chalupa shells were so hard they were almost impossible to chew. The tomatoes smelled like they were already going bad, which completely ruined the taste. For a big chain, you expect consistency, but this visit didn’t meet that standard at all. When you’re serving food, freshness matters. If something isn’t right, it shouldn’t be served—simple as that. Hoping this was just a one-time issue, but definitely not the experience I expected.
