I stopped believing in "better bread, better subs" years ago but this store had such excellent bread, it truly lived up to the famous slogan. Staff also took the time to check my receipt before handing over the bag and caught a side of pepper relish that was missed.

Placed an online order for pickup on 6/17/2026. Placed 2 sub sandwiches and asked for specific ingredients on each sandwich. Pick the sandwiches up and got home and the ingredients that was asked on the sandwiches got switched up, mixed up. Called the store and asked to speak to a manager and when I spoke to the manager, he said he made the sandwiches and he made them correctly. Didn't take accountability for the mistake that was made. He treated the situation like i was lying about it. I won't be back. Not shopping somewhere where people don't follow instructions I could have an allergy to a

3 Greats... great service from Maddie, great atmosphere, clean and friendly and a great sandwich (my husband likes his sandwich fixed a special way, he's very picky). Maddie and Anias (sp?) followed his requests 100% accurately so he was extremely pleased. Thanks you two, you made a good lunch great.

Consistently inconsistent. We go to this location frequently as it's near us and we do enjoy their subs -- when they are made correctly. The issue we always have is that there is zero consistency on how the subs we enjoy are made. The price of their veggie or hot veggie is the same price as many of their meat based subs. Sometimes we get A LOT of veggies on our subs (which we should). But most often the subs are anemic at best. I'm writing this review as we sit here with our underwhelming sandwiches. I don't think we're going to keep supporting this location. It's just too inconsistent an
