Passed by this place many times, I only regret I didn't stop in sooner. I had the Ribeye meal. OMG. First, it is a 16oz Ribeye. Perfect fat cap, perfectly cooked Medium. The mashed potatoes served with it are the best restaurant mashed potatoes I have ever had. The seasonal veggie was green beans. They were obviously fresh, vibrant green, and I assume were steamed in a stock. Moist and crisp. I also ordered the popovers. This is the neighborhood bar/restaurant you want near your house. The atmosphere and food are on point. Had Zach as my server and within 1 minute knew he was the man. Ordered Jambalaya and it was great. Wish I lived next door!

You can’t go wrong at Pub 42! Their food is consistently delicious - generous portions, quality ingredients, and great prices. The Spicy Shrimp Tacos are my go-to. And I always have plenty of leftovers. They have a large patio, which is wonderful when the weather permits. The only thing we feel is missing are good cocktails. Maybe this more of a beer and wine place, but it would be nice if the cocktails were improved. Still we fully recommend!
