I took it upon myself to order on the app about 10 minutes before I got to sonic. I proceeded to wait for 45 minutes once I got there for a breakfast burrito and a large drink. There were two other cars there that were there before me that also waited well over 30 minutes. Service was so slow I even called waiting for someone to pick up, which they did in 2 rings. So what were they actually doing in there?

Well, I'm from out of town and left the hotel for something to eat. I arrived and ordered on the Sonic app. After waiting 16 minutes I went to go see what was the status of my food. A young man comes outside and said they're done with my food. I stood there another 5 minutes till they brought my food out. I also got suckered into leaving a tip on the app. Well, that was a mistake!!

First spot I pulled into was broken. Went to the next one and had to push the button FOUR times because they kept deactivating it. They even started the comm once and then got off without saying anything. When someone finally answered, I was in the middle of talking when they interrupted to tell me they were out of what I wanted (literally just a corn dog….) Left without ordering anything. You guys don’t even have screens at 50%+ of your spots and the ones with screens were not full. No excuse for ignoring customers.

If you like cold burgers and fries and no ketchup with your fries and also getting charged for flavors to drinks that aren't added this is the place to go.
