Jackie Pennington★★★★★We had a fabulous time at Mambo’s. We had a girls weekend in New Orleans and our last dinner was here. We all ordered different food and shared everything. Both the fried and blackened gator was flavorful and tender. The BBQ shrimp was super and our waitress brought us extra rolls to soak up the awesome BBQ liquor - soooo good. We also had Mambo’s grilled oysters that were so tender and yummy, red beans and rice, crab cake pasta. Everything was just fantastic. I can’t forget the cocktails, and bread pudding were also so very good and the sauce on the bread pudding just made you feel all warm a
Elegantly Figured Barbie★★★★The food was great and everything had flavor the mustard greens and red beans were packed with flavor. However, after adding a dash of hot sauce it helped offset the salty taste and added an extra punch! The Mambo's oysters were amazing! The crab cakes were my favorite and the best crab cakes I've ever had in my life and I'm from Louisiana! Our server was so sweet and kind. However, she never refilled our water. That's the only reason we gave 4 stars for service. Overall a great restaurant and I would definitely return!
Natasha★★★★★You cannot go wrong with the food here! I'm from California and we do not have red fish we have red snapper. The red fish at Mambo's was fresh to order. Although the menu list the fish as blackened we had them fry it. The fried chicken was good as well. I had the chargrilled oysters which I wouldn't order again.
ann marie walts★★★★★My husband and I own businesses and customer service is very important to us, and that in itself maybe makes it hard to impress us. We love having a good time and always recognize staff staff that goes out of their way to provide 😀 service. Britney S.- She was so warm and welcoming and makes really good drinks. Ellory- The manager is very handsome on and attentive. During our stay on Bourbon Street, we ate here 3 times. We had the grilled Chicken, Duck Wontons and if you love ❤️ oysters then you'll go bananas 🍌 for them
