I'm glad I decided to give this location a chance. Every once in a while, I crave some good ol faithful Ihop and have been let down quite a few timws. This location renewed my hope in the franchise., Though short staffed, service was sufficient. Shout out to Ms. Ericka and Fatimah. Evervone was working well as a team. Please be patient. I was tempted to try one of the new menu items, a chicken biscuit sandwich. but decided on a value pancakes combo. 7 bucks, can't beat that. It was good, coffee was great. Pancakes couldve been a little hotter or offer warmed syrup. Everyone's food passing by

Ashley B was amazing! I went to IHOP on Valentine’s Day with my husband and our babygirl, and she made the whole experience feel extra special. As soon as we walked in she offered my baby crayons and a coloring book and we were seated immediately. I’m pretty sure we’ve had her before, and she’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She gave great menu suggestions, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect. Her energy is so warm and genuine. Service like that doesn’t go unnoticed!

My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine’s Day and it was so amazing! The food is so delicious, I love the protein pancakes (hitting out macros while also enjoying good food) and it is so delicious!! The server was such a vibe (she had such cute makeup for Valentine’s Day), her energy was amazing and she is so sweet, music and ambiance was amazing (we had the booth window seat), 100/10.
