The best pernil (Caribbean style fresh ham) and tostones (twice fried unripe plantains) in the area. It's converted ice cream stand. A few tables in and a few out. It's primarily lunch. Right off the highway, but very much a local eatery. They do lots of takeout. Mostly lunch.

If you are looking for a 5 Star restaurant to take your high class clients to, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for authentic food that you can take with you, then this is the place. Seating is limited to just a few booth type tables, but this place has been a staple for as long as I can remember. Get the pernil with rice and beans. You won't be disappointed. (I took the pic after I started eating. The presentation was much nicer. 😂)

Jus19.Just so happened to be driving by, and decided to stop. There aren't many parking spots available, and maybe 2-3 tables inside. It's more of a take out spot. I ordered the Pernil Sandwich with Amarillos. Great in flavor, great in taste. Not bad for $9.99.

Soooooooooooooooooo delicious!! The ladies were super friendly. The onions are tasty!! I had tacos. I also had an enchilada. (Tacos were better) The empanada was very good too!! 😋😋
