im extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Culver’s location. I originally spoke with Jennifer, who was understanding and told me I could bring my receipt back for a full refund due to undercooked bacon on my burger. When I returned a couple days later, the experience was completely different. The man I spoke with was dismissive and argumentative. I explained that the bacon was severely undercooked( it was extremely light in color and clearly not done). Instead of acknowledging the concern, he insisted the bacon was “cooked thoroughly “ and tried to push me to purchase some

My food was fresh and hot. The onion rings were light and crispy, great texture but we could not enjoy them because they were too salty, could not taste the onion. The sprite and fanta orange drinks tastes awful.

This one is ran by kids so nothing is ever cooked correctly. I was craving a burger and decided to try again today. Well… to my surprise I bit into a frozen raw burger. Last time coming here for sure! Mind you, it’s ONLY THIS LOCATION THAT ALWAYS HAS ISSUES!

This Culvers experience was absolutely incredible! The speed of service was less than 5 minutes. Amazing! Every single staff worker was beyond friendly and were definitely a perfect fit for they’re job. We don’t even have to talk about the taste of the food to still receive 5 stars. But the food was extraordinary! I mean probably the best tasting burger i’ve had in 20 years. It brings me back to my childhood days in Oklahoma where my grandpa would grill burgers on his back porch. Thank you Culver’s for a beyond mind blowing experience and I will definitely be back soon with more friends and fa
