I ordered online for pick up, I waited too long because the staff is chatting with his friend. Also everything I ordered online he said he doesn’t have it for him not to make a drink for us. Unprofessional staff. He serve us a drink but it is not the normal and standard taste that we always ordered from this store. Taste like water 😡😡😡

Staff Truly amazing customer service, not only were they respectful, calm, and easy-going, but also wonderful people. They serve a delicious mango green tea fast, but they give excellent service while doing it, like making sure they’re not putting too much ice, and showing care to what their serving. God bless the employee that was working that day, they are one of a kind.

Drinks I ordered tasted like chemicals, and were burning my throat. When I called the manager just kept laughing at me on the phone saying they don’t use chemicals and nobody else complains. Terrible customer service by the manager.
