Stopped in for soup and salad. Natalie was excellent, very friendly and on point. My wife and I both had the Seneca Salad with chicken noodle soup. Soup was delicious, salad had too much dressing. All was going good until I bit into a piece of plastic from what looked like part of a dressing packet. I pointed it out to the server who picked up our dishes, he apologized. When leaving another server loudly blurted out an F-bomb, which is why I rated the atmosphere with three stars.

We walked over from Niagara falls park to check out the casino and eat something. Glad we did the food was great. Omg the size of the pickles we received with our burgers amazing.. burgers were delicious. With large generous fries. Service was good. The only negative thing for us was the nasty smell of smokers nearby.

Nice little gem inside the Seneca Niagara resort. Food, staff and overall experience was excellent. It was a nice little break from the rigors of pushing slot machine buttons.

I arrived and had the buffet. The couple next to me were commenting about them not giving the waiter a tip because she had forgotten about them. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but it wasn’t until I was nearly done with my food if I was asked if I wanted something to drink. I got my lemon water and didn’t see her until 10 minutes after I was done eating. The potatoes are dry and taste old. Bacon, sausage and fruit were the best part of the meal.
