First one in the place and told them they would be busy due to the math competition in town. Giving this location 3 stars. We were in town for a math competition and came in with a group of 8 kids. The staff was friendly, but overall the service felt very inattentive. We were the first and for a while, the only group in the restaurant, yet it took quite a bit of time just to get served. We ordered the endless apps, but couldn’t even take advantage of it because our server was too busy to come back and check on us. The food took forever to come out. Our waiter was even frustrated when the kitchen finally brought our order we placed 45 minutes ago, and 3 other tables that came in after us got their food before us. Store was 1/3 full and staff were running through the store drinking sodas on the floor amongst customers. Food was Hot, and our waiter was very nice about the situation. Just seemed like most the staff came to work to socialize and not work.

Possibly the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The last time I was here the wings were cold they didn't care. Today the hostess didn't even look at me and asked me what I wanted. She and sat me I sat there for 10 minutes and no one came to wait on me even though there were only 4 other people in the whole restaurant. This was it 1:15 in the afternoon. No wonder the parking lot here is empty. The service is awful. I recommend going across the parking lot to Noodles.

I was just in with my family for the Illinois Game and Aidan took such nice care of us. It was very busy and the food took awhile, but granted it was busy. When I come back for a couple beers and wings I will be asking for him.
