I genuinely hate this location. Anytime I go the blizzards are half melted or completely melted. I’ve even called it into corporate and nothing has happened because I try the location again and again half melted. They also put a lid on them to do the upside down thing so I don’t know it’s melted until I get home.

There were a lot of people there, but we got through pretty fast. The employees were AMAZING. One girl was the sweetest person ever and greeted everyone with a smile and another had super cute glasses. Our food came out so fast and the place was nice and clean. I also tried their buffalo sauce and it was pretty good with the chicken strips. Great time. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got the chicken wings pretzels and mini blizzard. I asked the employe if there was cookies dough in it she said it was in the bottom. As I continued to eat it I got one peice of cookie dough. I used a 50 cents off coupon so it feels like that I got way less because I used a coupon. Very upset the the employee didn't even offer to look at it and remake it when it had way less than normal. I understand minis have less product but one price of cookie dough is so ridiculous that it's worth it for me not to show up again and go to another franchise as they do things the right there
