I used the drive through and ordered a Frisco burger, a Hardee's favorite of mine which was delicious as usual. I was waited on by the very friendly Elexys who repeated my order back to me to confirm it. She was so pleasant! Working in the food service industry is labor intensive and not all customers are super friendly, good for this young person bringing their best self to work!

I ordered on the app & went through the drive thru. The employee told me to pull over & park. I asked how long it would be since I had a meeting to get to. I was told they were bagging it then. I waited 20 minutes before going inside to get my order. I waited in line behind about 5 people. My order had been sitting waiting in the bag on the shelf. The employee retrieved my food, handed it to me & said "sorry". That was the same employee who had told me they were bagging my order up 20 minutes before. I stop here 1-3 times per month. This was the worst service I've received. I am hopeful this w
