They just opened this place close to where I live, and there aren’t a lot of restaurants here so I wanted to be supportive, but I was really pleasantly surprised! I had the pulled pork sandwich, and it was the best I’ve ever had. A lot of times, the meat is too soggy, or tasteless, or fatty. This was none of that, and was really nicely cooked & a decent portion size. Beans were good, not just out-of-a-can boring beans. Good cole slaw too. If I had one complaint I guess it would be that the bun was a little squished. Anyway, I’m glad to have a good eating option close to home.

We ordered catering from Billy Sims BBQ several days in advance for a group of about 30 people traveling from Indiana for a softball tournament, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! I spoke with Roberto when placing the order, and he was incredibly helpful in determining how much food we needed and which menu items would work best for our group. His recommendations were spot on. On pickup day, I ended up arriving earlier than expected, so I called ahead, and Roberto had everything ready to go about 15 minutes early. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. My favorite place to eat in norman. Best bbq in usa. Easy. Today the high temp on the beans made them inedible for awhile. The crackers were stale and tasted so bad they really need to be thrown out. Employee didn't seem too concerned about the beans or crackers. Everything else was amazing as usual.

This is one of my favorite BBQ spots in Norman. I always get the Heisman on Texas toast and macaroni with their seasoning on it, and it's great. We have been coming here for years, and their staff is always friendly, efficient, and eager to serve you. They have many menu options. I've had most of them, and they all taste great! We will keep coming here as long as it is open.
