The place itself was very tiny and honestly gave off some claustrophobic vibes — definitely a grab-and-go spot than a place to hang out. However, the experience overall was positive. The cashier was very friendly and took the time to explain all the options and specials in detail, which we really appreciated. As for the cookies, they were okay. Everyone in my family liked them. If you’re looking for a quick stop to pick up some decent cookies, this is definitely worth a try — just don’t expect much space to linger.

i really love insomnia but I paid almost $9 for three scoops. Each flavor was said to be a full Scoop! This container is very small, I was so sad! Just watch out so you don’t spend a lot for a cup smaller than your hand:/

Love insomnia the cookies are so fresh and delicious! The service is great as-well they usually take a good amount of time to deliver. But they send emails, texts and even make a call to let you know your cookies were sent out! Five stars highly recommended if you are looking for the besst desert! Try with some Almond milk YUM!

Love the cookie all warm and delicious and don't get them very often so today decided to use the app to order and pick up. Well I tried to order the dipper pack that has buttercream frosting in a cup fitted into the box with 12 mini cookies. Was very disappointed when first the app wouldn't let me order it because it said I needed to pick 12 cookies for it but wouldn't let me click on any so I just ordered at the store and second when I got my order the frosting came in a separate cup (not like the packaging on the app or website- see pictures) and it wasn't full like the pictures either.
