She took the time to assist me with some issues I was having with the app and made everything quick and easy. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean, which made the overall experience even better. Great customer service and a great environment—I’ll definitely be back! Please make sure that you keep her. FYI I do not know her or related to her.

I’m giving this place 2 stars based on my experience one Friday afternoon. I stopped in after work with my wife and initially ordered the 2 Jr. Burgers for $6. When I asked for a drink, the cashier suggested a better deal—3 Jr. Burgers for $8, including a drink—which I agreed to. While waiting for my order, I witnessed unprofessional behavior from the staff. The employee bagging the food was distracted, interacting with the kid at the drive-thru window. Food was ok, haven’t been here in 20 years and it way exceeded my expectations. I like how they’ve renovated and made it look modern and no longer like a dump how it used to be. Wasn’t many people in there though at 3:30 pm, would expect more in a city like Chicopee where chick fil a is closed.
