The staff are not working as a team. It is chaos in the order and kitchen areas. I was told, the drive-thru is their top priority. I made the mistake of ordering food inside. It took 20+ minutes to get two whopper sandwiches and a large fry. The cashier accidentally added a $4.00 coke to my order. The manager said they couldn't process a refund. To his credit, the cashier gave me 95% of the overcharge, but no return of the sales tax. Check your food before you leave, as I my previous order, on April 17th, had cheese on my double whopper event though I asked for "NO CHEESE".

They always have this place running smoothly. I pick up orders here all of the time. They are always ready to go. The staff is attentive and they don't ignore you. They say hello right away. I always see people sweeping and mopping, trying to keep it clean. The building is a bit run down, wouldn't hurt for the owners to update a bit.... but all in all it's run well.

place is pretty clean. unlike some other BK's that give me the skeeves. i mean, i know just about 99% of fastfood restaurants are not stellar, but i've yet to get nauseas eating here. i'm a fan of the impossible burger. and they usually have it done by the time i get to the window, whereas when i order the regular veggie burger, i 100% of the time am asked to pull up and wait. i hate doing that but i don't argue with people who are handling my food. it's right off I-91, and on washington ave, which is a main road in north haven. pretty busy at lunch time but moves quickly. i don't like
