Will be reporting to Logan City Code Enforcement or Business Licensing it is unsafe to have people waiting nearly 30 minutes to pick up orders in 12 degree weather using Uber Eats or DoorDash.They don’t allow you to pick up through drive thru either only through side window which is outside .I will also be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable.The workers do not care and one replied she doesn’t care for the temperature. workers take there time slow service

First time trying Jack in the box! And man what a wind up to a surprise that was! Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me and my daughter while they were just there looking at me. Then I finally notice an order yourself kiosk. Then I ordered my daughter a bacon burger with no cheese. Then wait 6 more minutes for them to help me. And they didn’t even apologize or anything. Half of my fries were missing and I got a large combo. That’s very unfortunate for a new place on in town. I will never be going back. If the owner sees this you really need to reevaluate how your employees

This was hands down the best Jack in the Box I've ever eaten at. The Cluck Sandwich is my go-to order. It's crispy with a tangy sauce, and belongs on the podium of chicken sandwiches. Also, it's tradition to order a taco every visit. The blend of taco meat, cheese, lettuce, and their salsa in a double-fried shell is a taste of fast food heaven. The curly fries punch the oil out of the regular fry and onion rings. The filled Mini Churros were absolutely delightful. Um, what in the deliciousness is going on here? I never thought I'd see the day that I would leave 5 🌟for a fast food restaurant, but here we are. I haven't been to a Jack-n-the-box since I was little, and I definetly don't remember it being this good! The service was great and the food was delicious! I highly recommend and will be returning, for sure!
