It would be nice if you had a container for people like me instead of the normal clamshell that the burger comes in. It made it very difficult to eat out of that. Would be a 5* review if you can get that changed.

I had already left the area so I called to let them know what happened. Katrina, the assistant manager, was so nice and let me know she’d send me a coupon at some point. Sure enough I got a letter and coupon to spend. I thought that was so thoughtful and kind! Great customer service. Thank you Katrina!

On our visit today, one person in our party ordered their food incorrectly. The crew member named Kanye was able to get the burger remade with the desired ingredients, and still sent us home with the original meal. The mistake was fully on our end, and it was very nice that they were able to fix it for us.

Burgers and fries were awesome, and the fish dinner was really good. Clean plate clubs all around, or we took leftovers home! Custard was fabulous, as usual. Silky smooth. The Turtle Sundae is a fav!!
