Ordered through DoorDash for lunch today, and I ordered a Bigger Plate with chow mein, fried rice, mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and black pepper chicken. The black pepper and mushroom chicken are completely inedible. They are so mushy. The mushroom chicken itself looks like just like it was boiled. The orange chicken taste NOTHING like it should. On top of that, soy sauce was requested and never came with the order. So now I’m down $16+ from this horrible lunch. Thank you.

I personally ordered exactly what I wanted. But then they messed up and started trying to force me to take something I didn't want. I was very unhappy about this.

Great place, I feel like the fortune cookie was misleading it said “your future looks bright” I found that a bit misleading as I was constipated later that day. Also the food was too healthy, I prefer my food to be cooked in motor oil, Lucas high mileage to be exact. The price was $11.80 which is good but slightly more expensive than Lucas motor oil. I enjoy drinking motor oil as it keeps me regular. I am gay.

Been coming for years, ate here last week. Today I was told to pay for a cup of water, tried getting information on why and was told this is a corporate policy since 2 months ago. When ask where is this stated or to speak to a manager or supervisor they said there was none. Please we aware I will be reaching out to corporate about this entire experience. The cashier attending there had the rudest most idgaf attitude. I will be going to another panda from now on.
