I got a 8 count tender family meal and they clearly micro-waved all 8 tenders or left them in the fryer for double the time. The chicken was hard to even rip apart was hard as a rock and dried out. I get kfc all the time and I’ve never experienced this before. That’s why I’m sure it was the microwave. Either way 30 bucks and rock hard food 🤷‍♂️

Taste of food Excellent but very Greasy. The woman at the Drive Thru window was extremely rude. Didn't catch her name as she yelled at me to pull ahead and park, because order wasn't ready. So I did and when she came out to ive me my order she nearly threw it at me. So, rude This was Tuesday 1:00pm Jun 16th.

Drive through is a bust. If you want to get the food you ordered go inside. Ordered the daily special and upgraded to 2 large sides with 4 sauces for $10 more just like the sign says and employee didnt even know there was a special of the day. Said we couldnt get the sides with that order. Waited awhile to get our food. Had to walk in to get it. Got home only to open the wrong food.

I ordered 2 piece original dark meat. You gave me a leg ( good ) a dried out , hard, crisp breast. I didn’t like it at all. I wasted my money I stated dark meat original. I do not like white meat crispy breasts. I’m disappointed. Next time I’ll go over to Culver’s or Popeyes. The girl that waited on me was sweet but I didn’t get what I ordered . I threw the hard , dried out breast in the garbage .
