We had a lovely meal at Mosaic tonight. My wife had the Salmon Salad which chocked full of fresh vegetable and had a large well cook piece of salmon on the side. I had the Lamb and Vegetable Couscous. The plate was stacked high with carrots, zucchini, winter squash, eggplant, red pepper and turnips and was loaded with tender braised lamb. All served over couscous in a rich, flavorful sauce. Both dishes were fresh tasting and very satisfying. The service was friendly and informed and the no-frills dining room felt like eating in a good friends house. I totally recommend Mosaic for a reasonably
