We arrived at the Sushi Joint today around 2:30 p.m. and found the doors locked. Luckily, the customers inside were kind enough to open the door for us, and we were warmly greeted by one of the waitresses. She kindly let us know they close at 3 pm, but she graciously made an exception to let us in at the last minute. We decided to try the Batman, Sexy Lady, Hungover Roll, and the Rolled-up Shrimp appetizer. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. Hidden Jam I'm so happy I found this sushi spot with great prices and delicious food! Their sushi rolls were so creative—something I haven't seen anywhere else. I decided to enjoy the rolls without the sauce first to fully appreciate the flavor, and then adding the sauce offered a completely different taste experience. I got it for takeout this time, but I'm definitely going to dine in next time.

To be honest, we weren't sure about a Sushi place in Norwalk but this place was AMAZING. Everything was top notch. There was a line when we got there, so that was a positive sign. The staff was friendly and courteous. Every dish, the Miso Souo, the Sashimi, the Teriyaki Chicken, all of it was full of flavor. Nothing was lacking. This is a place the we will be revisiting often.

The service was amazing, we were constantly checked in on and serviced. The food came out in a timely manner. Now the food! The sushi was really great for the price. I definitely will come here again. My husband eats raw while I eat more cooked. He really enjoyed the Naruto roll and the presentation was beautiful. I enjoyed the combination plate along with other sushi rolls like the pacific and baked salmon. Great option if you’re in the neighborhood :)
