Unfortunately, not your typical Chipotle. The opportunity to dine at Chipotle is truly an experience, considering the fresh food, cleanliness, friendly hosts. Nevertheless, this Chipotle disappoints… take out food indicated that food was ready for pick-up, but upon arrival food was not ready and had to wait an additional 15 minutes, before food was actually ready. I ordered a Honey Chipotle Chicken and Barbacoa quesadilla and ended up biting into a large, tough piece of connective tissue/cartilage that was completely impossible to chew. The photo don’t even do it justice. It felt like I was chewing on a piece of wood. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time. This chipotle just can't seem to get it together, on multiple occasions have arrived at chipotlane when app said food was ready only to be COMPLETELY ignored for 10+ minutes at the window with 3 employees just standing there literally doing nothing. Did not even acknowledge that they saw me there though they clearly did. I don't get it, I assume the management is just bad based on other reviews and my own experiences. I like chipotle, but this one has rarely been a good experience.

Unfortunately, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. This is the second time I’ve eaten from this location and gotten very sick to my stomach. The first time, I noticed the guacamole was oxidized. This time, the chips tasted bad, like they were old. There is clearly very poor management at this location. They should consider changing the manager and inspecting the food quality. One of my friends who ate here also got sick from this place. The brand itself is good — I highly recommend the Chipotle location in Groton!
