Man the food was absolutely delicious! I rarely go here because it's far from where I live and it's expensive but Five Guys is never hit or miss, it's always absolutely delicious and tasty. The staff are very friendly too and helpful, it was also very clean inside!

Fries were soggy, grease filled qnd thrown upside down in the bag. The burgers were overcooked, burnt and topped with all the wrong toppings, the buns were chewy. The price was outrageous for poor quality food and service. The manager on duty was of no help when asked if there was a way to rectify the situation.

Was a little more challenged by this pickup experience. Ordered ahead and arrived at the assigned time. Was advised the fries would be a minute as the bag with my sandwiches was moved to the counter. Watched 2 basket of fries go in. Then get emptied and bagged. This happened 5 or 6 times as person after person was either called or arrived. Finally my order was handed over. 15 minutes after I had arrived. I believe the grill only received 1 order while I had been standing there. I dont question the reality that the only thing I would have received different if I had not ordered ahead would hav
