Two thumbs down. Very bad service. Came for breakfast yesterday, June 14, 2026 around 8:00am. There were only three people in line. The woman in drive thru stared at us a few times but completely ignored us. Didn't even say someone would be with us shortly. Then the pregnant lady finally came out after we had waited more than 15 minutes to be even acknowledged and rudely told us we had to use the kiosk. She was not nice at all. Not everyone knows how to use those or want to use. All three of us left and went to Burger King across the street where we received much better service and attit

The drive through service is horrible, the order takers don't speak English and/or struggle to speak English. They don't understand your order and you have to repeat yourself and the order doesn't come out correct. If you use the app make sure to have the code ready because the order taker will leave you stranded in the drive through if you take too long to give them a code. They will give you an attitude if you express concerns.

The employees are extremely nice. I went through the drive-through and got Chicken sandwich. But what I will say is all of the McDonald’s are cheating everybody with each chicken crispy sandwich sandwiches. If you want extra spicy sauce, they even charge extra for that . McDonald’s is changing but not in a good way, The chicken nuggets are horrible at every McDonald’s. They’re not the same anymore. I wouldn’t waste money.. I paid 9.00 dollars for a sandwich and that’s not a meal just a sandwich. You’re better off saving your money and just getting a McChicken for half the price. And believe

Awhile back I had an issue where I used the discount on the app to order a 99 cent large iced coffee. The app glitched and I was charged but somehow no coffee was there for me. I bought a second coffee. After literally hours of work trying to get a refund from support, I was put in touch with a manager from the location. She was pleasant and told me she would provide me a coffee but was unable to give a refund. I do not drive by this location often and it has been a few months. The manager on duty today would not give me replacement coffee. I hate the glitchy app and disorganized support. "Sup
