There’s nothing particularly special about the menu or the flavors. It’s not the kind of place that makes you want to come back for a specific dish, but the food isn’t bad either. The sandwiches are very small and don’t have much vegetables. It’s better than making it at home, but a bit hard to justify paying for. The atmosphere is fun, though.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Pick up was quick and easy. I wanted to try a different sandwich - didn't realize until I started eating that what I received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called the store to explain the situation, they were apologetic and offered to remake or refund the order. I was too far away to have them remake it, I asked them to refund it. The person hung up the phone without getting any pertinent info needed to refund the order. I called right back and got a different person. I again explained the situation and they said that there was nothing that they could

I ordered online for lunch along with a jar of hot peppers. One of the sandwiches had items on it that we didn’t want. But the biggest thing was that the jar of peppers was missing. There’s no way to request a refund online and I’ve called the store 3 times throughout the day so far with no answer. It’s a 40 minute round trip for me to get there and I just want my money back.
