We live here locally in the Woodlands so we decided to try out Third Gen! Overall solid experience and would return again. We had an Iced Canebrake Latte and a Berry Banana smoothie. Coffee was pretty good, I do wish it was a bit stronger. If you like a latte that’s a bit more coffee forward I recommend adding another shot to it. Would like to try more of their items for sure. Smoothie wasn’t anything special pretty basic. They were super busy, line out the door and the service was still good, the staff took care of everyone in a timely manner. My 3 yr old and I went here while we waited for the hubby to be done with something. I was pleasantly surprised and really loved the atmosphere of the place. It was very cozy and the staff were amazing. The barista at the register was very nice and interacted with my son 💙 that is always a plus for me. I got the recommended Cane Brake Latte. So tasty! If you like/love brown sugar boba I would highly recommend. My hubby got a mocha cappuccino. Some of the best coffee we've had in awhile. Definitely beats a lot of coffee we can get in BCS. We will definitely be back.

I WFH and come to this coffee shop on days where I want to get out of the house. Great coffee, great service, small but yummy food options. Overall, great spot! There’s a small bookstore next door and fancy restaurant on the same complex. Right across the street from Walmart too.

This beautiful coffee shop is extraordinarily spacious and comfortable. Two levels for seating. The coffee is top notch, brunch food is good too. It’s a perfect spot to meet up with someone or study. Third Gen has a great location as well. It’s easy to walk to the other little shops nearby.
