On Wednesday the 13th, I went to eat at this restaurant with my family. We ordered several pizzas and, overall, everything seemed fine except for an issue with two pizzas that arrived about 20 minutes later than the others. We were told that the pizzas had been dropped and needed to be remade. We took the leftovers home to eat the next day. When I reheated my pizza at home and took my second bite, I nearly cracked my tooth on a screw that appeared old, burned, or rusted. It was honestly disgusting. Mellow Mushroom connoisseur here! One of our absolute favorites pizzas across the country! I really wanted to give a 5 star review but the pizza compared to multiple across the US was definitely lacking. The waitress was super friendly and very attentive!! 10 stars for her! The atmosphere however was fun! They had karaoke, which was definitely a first in our travels. Everyone seemed to be enjoying it, but it was definitely a bit to loud if you weren't expecting it. Mellow mushroom truly has the best pizza that I have ever had. Idk where this has been my whole life! Not in the North East I guess. We literally do a google search before traveling south to plan some stops. Their vegan options are out of this world.. but sometimes I get the regular cheese and it’s just a phenomenal.
