I think this might be one of the best Wendy's and I might've left a review a long time ago because I've been going here for like 10 years but the new guy maybe he's not new because the first time I seen him , he was the most efficient and professional . he also had a good attitude and was really good towards everybody multitasking. I was just a great experience. if you like Wendy's, this is a good a good one for sure.

I have been going to this Wendy's for 6 years and have never had an issue until tonight. The middle aged lady working on 6/4 at around 11:20pm was absolutely rude. The receipt says Kacey, but she was extremely snappy when I had an issue with the app, she had me pull to the second window and was rude about asking me if I had ACTUALLY placed the order. We discovered the app had glitched and placed it for the wrong location. She aggressively told me to pull forward because and I quote "other people are going to pull up" so I did and replaced my order before getting back in line. One other person

While the food was flavorful, it was served cold. The coffee was unpalatable, resembling diluted water with insufficient flavor, suggesting an inadequate coffee-to-water ratio during brewing. The fries were fresh, and the spicy sandwich was notably piquant and enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, efficiently processing my order. I attempted to use the mobile application for pickup, but I am not yet proficient with its interface.
