The service is good and the food is also good. The business is always cool inside and is clean inside for when you want to sit in to eat. The drive thru is a little bit faster than other fast food places and I haven't had anything missing from my order from the drive thru or from inside.

Ordered the new monster mummy taco’s and they are definitely lacking in quality control I paid $13 for 4 tacos missing the nacho cheese and the bacon was just bunched in the middle. It wasn’t a rush it was 11:30pm so there is no excuse for such horrible service…

They gave me food that had been sitting in the warmer for what looks like well past the time limit. Shift lead was rude and did not seem to care when I returned the food. Did not even apologize once. Very poor leadership and customer service.

Jack in the box good is always good. It’s usually the service that makes the experience. The service here was okay better than another Jack in the box I went to so that’s a plus. The grilled chicken on the club salad was actually grilled. Unlike others where they don’t use hot grilled chicken.
