I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location, and it was mainly due to the unprofessional and careless behavior of the staff. I came in expecting the usual friendly service that Pizza Hut is known for, but what I received was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and annoyed. No one greeted me, and I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. I placed and order and they did my order wrong and said oh we can give you a 5 dollar refund when it was a stuffed crust is that fair??

When I'm told that my pizza is ready there is an expectation that it is ready when you say it is. Not 5 minutes after that. Trying to play games with your own metrics is not a good look
