As someone who used to work in this store for years as a kiddo and manage many other PM stores for many more years as a young adult, my experience here was absolute trash. The two high school kids employed there tonight (12/10/25) had careless, hostile, depressing attitudes. Initially I had to call twice because they did not answer after 10+ rings the first time. The second time I called took about 20+ rings before they answered and I was able to place my order around 7pm. For the 8yrs I was employed with this company, we always answered the phone by no later than 2 rings MAX. No matter what-
