I came through the drive-thrus tonight, 01/27/25 , at around 9:45 pm. I got a Party Melt combo and a Sweet N' Spicy Burger combo. It was DELICIOUS! The food tasted so yummy; and it looked even better than the food in the photos of it on the drive-thrus menu. The food came out really fast too! I ordered, paid, and got my food in probably less than five minutes! The girl at the drive-thru window was a young black lady in her mid-twenties probably, with curly light brown hair with golden highlights in it. I don't know what her name was. I’ve experienced the absolute worst customer experience of any fast serve restaurant in my (Olathe) community at this particular location during overnight hours. I’m not sure how the managing partner -Sam- allows this behavior and complete lack of brand respect from his employees. This is beyond embarrassing both for the brand, its investment partners and the community as a whole. I highly recommend that corporate sends just a few audit secret shoppers in overnight. It is insane how rude these employees were.

Typical Whataburger fare. Usually only pop in for breakfast when I'm in the area, and they keep forgetting to add the add-ons I request. Wouldn't be a problem, but they'll still charge me for them.

I door dashed from your location and received my order when no spicy ketchup and no fancy ketchup. Which I ordered for my fries. The fries were terrible. Stale and undercooked. My double meat whataburger didn’t have mustard on it. No condiments. How do you miss this? It’s a staple of whataburger to have mustard on good cheeseburger. I’m from Texas and this is so disappointing to have this experience. I’ll just order from McDonald’s going forward. I know I’ll jet consistency.
