Was told at the last minute that the ice cream machine wasn't working and couldn't be provided a refund b/c the app said that it was being prepped. How is it that a billion dollar company can not find an effective way to fix something as simple as an ice cream machine. Will definitely be not be visiting any of the locations in the area anytime soon.

Did a mobile order and accidentally closed my app and couldn’t see my code anymore. I tell the lady on the speaker I don’t see my code but gave my name and can show I paid for the order on my phone. I get told “we can’t find an order without the code” and no matter what I said that was the only response she would give. I asked well how am I supposed to get my food I paid for if the app isn’t showing my code anymore and got ignored until someone else came on and said the same thing about the code. Will not be back to this location terrible customer service if the service is gonna be bad at least make sure the food is good but nope food not really good and terrible service. Went here today I know for a fact I ordered a iced coffee with 3 creams and 3 equals and when I got to the 2nd window they gave me a hot coffee I told the lady I didn’t asked for a hot coffee I ordered an ice coffee and the other black lady with the blue shirt in the background was like “ she know she didn’t order an iced coffee “.
