Temirlan T★★★★★We’re serious sushi lovers who’ve eaten at spots all over the country, so our standards are high. We stopped at Asahi in Olympia on our way to Olympic National Park — honestly just looking for a quick meal. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire trip. The ambiance alone sets this place apart — elegant purple decor, soft lighting, clean and upscale feel. Not what you expect from a highway stopover town. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being pushy. Perfect dining pace. We ordered the miso soup to start — rich, well-seasoned, exactly how it should be.
Meerim TT★★★★★We take sushi seriously and have tried great spots across the country, so we don’t impress easily. We stopped at Asahi Sushi on our way to Olympic National Park just for a quick meal — and it turned into one of the most memorable stops of the trip. The interior feels refined and stylish, with soft lighting and purple accents that give it a calm, upscale vibe. Service was genuinely kind, attentive, and well-timed. The miso soup was deep in flavor, the seaweed salad fresh and nicely plated. The Baked Salmon Roll and Olympian Roll really stood out — fresh fish, balanced flavors, and beautiful p
Brannon Glatz★★★★★Probably the best place in Olympia for good sushi. Fresh and beautifully presented. I got the soft shell crab and the albacore tuna roll, while my friend chose the basic California roll and gyoza. All were delicious and I highly recommend dining in!
Alec Mcintyre★★★★★1st time dining here at Asahi Sushi and I must say this is the best food I've had in a very long time. Flavors were endlessly pouring in each bite. The Asahi roll and Heart attack roll were phenomenal. My wife loved the king salmon nigiri I personally liked the seared salmon belly more for the fatty texture. Soft shell crab is a great appetizer. The seating was nice, the area is quiet, and the music is classical with a holiday theme. 100% will return and have already recommened to many!
