My mobile order was not ready for 25 after supposed time. One person making the order (he did great). One employee just handing out an order when ot was finally ready. Two people walking in circles. One manager conducting an interview. I feel bad for the only employee that worked. The manager should be ashamed letting him do everything while the dining room piled up with customers waiting for mobile orders. She must have hid in the back because I never saw her again. Never again.

I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell. Every time my family comes here, the order is wrong and the service is almost hostile towards the customers. AI takes your orders at the drive through. Hardly anyone says anything to me or my family that acknowledges our presence when we'reinside. They never told us how long it would be before our food came out or please move forward when in the drive through. Terrible service. Not even a "thank you." They don't even check their orders correctly. I paid for someone else to eat my food and I got theirs which was less.

AI runs the drive thru, so you would think the food would get made faster since they dont need to man the drive thru. but you'd be wrong. Its actually slower than ever. Taco Bell cant even be bothered to pay someone to take your order. This location is particularly bad. Customers beware, a short looking line at this location is a longer wait than you think it is going to be. 2 cars in front of me when I pulled in and I didnt get to the window for over 30 minutes.

They close the lobby because apparently it’s too hard to have a walk in restaurant now. Might as well be a ghost kitchen ALSO they don’t even have a real drive through. It’s an AI system. I mean is it that hard? And the system is stupid ash. I think it’s just one person making food and handling pay while 6 other employees scroll on their phones in the lobby you CAN’T ENTER.
