I always come early but today I came like around 11 at night and let me tell you the long lines and people were just cutting in line because they placed their orders through Phone. They should have a separate line for them not just cutting in front of us that we’ve been waiting for 40 minutes. But I love the food love the atmosphere. Customer service was OK.

The red salsa is on another level, bold, fiery, and addictive. It brings serious heat that lingers long after the meal, but that is part of what makes it so good. I honestly wish I could take a large container of that sauce home because it makes everything taste better. Always a memorable and delicious experience.

I even placed another order just to get what I didn’t receive the first time. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of trying to help, the woman on the phone kept insisting that everything was in the bag. I was literally looking at my order while on the phone, and it was clearly missing items. It felt like she was basically telling me I was wrong or making it up, which was honestly really upsetting. Their tamales have great flavor, they're always very moist and there's a good amount of meat in them. The masa could use a little more flavor but as is they're great, especially compared to any other mass produced tamales. Now that they offer refried beans, I'm much happier with their burritos. They have a great selection of meats and fillings and the quality and flavor is very consistent. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the online order pickup line really helps you avo
