My food was made wrong, and my slushie was just sugar water when I got it. I expect some melt but the whole drink? Maybe wait till driver gets there before making frozen drinks? I know its kinda a pain but guest satisfaction or 30 sec away from what doing at the time. Usually our food is pretty good but it wss cold cold when we got it. Not all the restaurants fault but maybe made it to early?

I don't generally go to Jack In The Box. However I've been here a couple times in the last few weeks. I wasn't very happy with the spicy chicken sandwich, it didn't taste spicy. They may have given me the wrong sandwich, but my date for it as well and thought the same thing. The chicken was good though, and it was definitely not processed meat. I was happier with the burger that I got the last time I was there. Overall, the quality of the food is better than most fast food places. If recommend it as probably a healthier option than most fast food burger places

Waited behind an Uber Eats driver at the counter who didn’t speak English so he just stood at the counter while I waited 5 minutes. Finally had to order thru the automated system. Waited another 10 minutes for my food. Jack used to be a good place but not anymore. Profit before quality service. Doubt we will eat here again.

I love Jack in the Box! This location has been nothing but kind to me!!! I appreciate their workers who have helped me out with merch and of course my food! Everytime I visit here the staff is busy not one person is not busy and I love it! You can tell they take pride in where they work from how the keep the dine in area is kept clean! Just ask kindly to them for merch they have given me so many things!!!
