Everything about this Wendy’s is super bad… 20 min waiting DT MISTER FROSTY frustaded Food TERRIBLE I been working on restaurants over 20 years and every day is more worse than the last one. And U Wendy’s couch u know where is the problem.

I spent 40+ min in the drive through at 7pm, not because they were understaffed or the dining room was full - the staff just sat around and were BSing with one another. When we got our food, fries were cold and lacking in volume.

Service at this location was very unorganized. The lady taking orders kept telling people she was new at this so slow down. She would take 1 order then walk away. I waited 10 minutes to place my order when only 2 people were in front of me & another 10 minutes to get my food. Then they had an issue with their order screen & they didnt know what order was next to be filled. One employee was walking around the kitchen aimlessly & ignoring everyone, not even trying to help. They were all a hot mess. Food was cold & my order was wrong. I didn't have time to take it back so my food was wasted. I w

This is hands-down got to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to the people that work. Here are the weirdest group of people I think I've ever encountered in my life. The service is so bad I would rather go hungry than be forced to eat here, I have waited 40 minutes for food from here once.
