This is the result of ordering a Gyro sandwich and waiting 30 mins for it. I ordered a gyro pita meal, fries and Coke Zero. Ended up getting some sort of roast beef meal that was white bread, roast beef and provolone cheese. How you mix up a gyro with a roast beef sub is beyond me. Worst part was when I took a drink of my Coke Zero, it was completely flat - and I don’t mean flat where it has a two day old taste, no, it had zero flavor which signals to me it’s months old. I know this is fast food but please get your act together, this is unacceptable.

Regular customer of this Arby's. Food is always good, love the Jamocha shake. Service has greatly improved over the last year. Older gentleman "Don" is always a pleasure to deal with and he always makes great suggestions when ordering. Always a good attitude, makes your day in the drive-thru.

paid 13 bucks to get the french dip Royale and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever encountered in my life. there was so much onion sauce on it that was disgusting and there was no saving it. I couldn't have even scraped it off. I thought that I was going to be getting caramelized onions on the French dip but it was like this gravy onion. horrible. I mean I couldn't even keep it in my car. the smell of it was so overpowering it was so bad. meat looked weird and the Euro sandwich that we got that thing was gross looking me too like it was very unappetizing and not good at all. very disa

I was not a direct customer but my god as a dasher it was a disaster. I have never seen people move so slow. I sat for nearly an hour waiting for food to be prepped for an order. I am not sure if there was an orientation or what but it wasnt even a crazy rush at 11am there was like 4 orders total. I mean even the person who I was delivering for placed a 2nd order because I dont think they could believe I was waiting for the first one for 35 minutes. I understand things happen but this is fast food. It shouldn't take 35 minutes for a gyro, and an steak au ju. I was like seconds away from callin
