They barely filled my freezes they were nearly half empty! Not joking a 35 minute wait inside with only 3 customers and the staff walks past the front and looks at you and doesn’t take your order, and that is genuinely every time I go in. The food is fine but the service is impeccable bad.

Overpriced for what it is. 6$+ for fried mushrooms and the bag they served it in wasnt even half a bag full. Same with the sweet potato fries. I’d recommend just going to Burgerville instead

I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for a three cheese chicken flatbread, and I literally ordered ONE thing. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so there’s really no excuse for the wait. No updates, no apology, and the staff acted like it was completely normal. The food might be decent, but the service completely ruined the experience. If you’re looking for a quick meal, I would not recommend coming here unless you’re prepared to wait way longer than you should for a simple order. Never again!

I am extremely disturbed at the service i received. my boyfriend bit into a rock while eating his burrito and when i called to speak to a “manager” they hung up on me mid sentence and said “do you have any brain cells? are you stupid” and asked if i was high… that is ABSOLUTELY no way to speak to a customer let alone hang up on them. when i called a fourth time they compared my complaint about biting into a rock while eating to lying about cancer. i understand that they get prank calls all the time whatever you still never speak to anyone in that manner whether you believe them or not have so
