Arrived around 4pm on Mother's Day and there was only one waitress serving all the tables. Since they were under-staffed, the dining area was not the cleanest, but it was workable. The food was good, particularly the potato-cheese soup. The turkey sandwich was also pretty good. Plenty of parking, and easy access for the mobility-challenged.

Came for a carry out order and waited 45 min for a basic order. What has happened Bob Evans this is horrible. No staff, crappy food and long waits. To much competition in this area to treat customers like this. Never again. Bob Evans you got to do better.
