RAW CHICKEN. Last week ordered Chicken tenders in the drive through. Got home a few minutes later and the inside of the tenders were RAW! Disgusting. We called and talked to the manager who took zero responsibility and was defensive and rude. And I got sick too. We sent message to Wendy's corporate who referred the complaint back to the store! Our concern was for other customers, not to get replacement tenders. So disappointing. Never going back, don't trust them or their process.

Heads up we got raw chicken tenders on Friday night March 13. Completely pink rubbery raw. I have them in my fridge, waiting for the health dept to come get them. If the Wendy’s manager cared one ounce about the issue I wouldn’t have called the health dept. or posted here. People make mistakes. But when I called the restaurant (we got takeout) the manager told me that it wasn’t his fault and that he did everything right. I told him that I was worried other people would get raw chicken also and he said that I had no right to call and be judgmental of him and his restaurant. I feel better knowin

I usually to come to this Wendy’s pretty often, but the sandwich today was a total failure, after waiting for some time, learned that the chicken is raw and the fries cold and soft (not crispy). I would really like to get my money back or something cuz is a total loss on my part 😩
