Fell in love with Fatburger while visiting LA. Im not a huge red meat eater however, when I have a taste for a burger Im here. I was ecstatic to see there are 2 locations in the Chicago, I must visit the other location next. The burger is big and beefy, the bacon is real and thick, the fries were hot and fresh soft and crispy, and the banana shake was amazing. The young staff was pleasant, polite, and brought my food out to the table. They asked was I ok and did I need anything else. With that kind of customer service in this generation is awesome. See ya next visit!

I checked out Fatburger and the food honestly delivered. The burger was juicy, seasoned well, and cooked exactly how I wanted it. The fries were fresh, crispy, and the portions were solid. You can tell the kitchen knows how to make good comfort food, and overall the quality made the meal worth it. The only downside was the atmosphere coming from the kitchen area. The music playing in the back had a lot of profanity and explicit lyrics loud enough for customers to hear.
